Router location: Located in the main floor living room near the TV console.
Arrival & Departure
Up to 4 vehicles may park in the driveway and on the street in front of the property. Please do not block the neighbor's driveway.
Flexible timing? Early check-in and late check-out may be available — message us through the booking app to request.
Pool & Outdoor Space
Blue and white striped pool towels are provided. At checkout, please place all used pool towels in the main floor entryway — do not mix with bedroom towels.
The pool is professionally serviced weekly. During service visits, please stay out of the pool for approximately 30 minutes while chemicals balance.

This property is equipped with security cameras in public areas (driveway, front door, back door, backyard, pool) for safety and liability purposes. Cameras do not intrude on private spaces. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund.
